Turkish planes violate Iraqi airspace to attack PKK positions

The Turkish Air Force launched a number of airstrikes on Wednesday that targeted the Kurdistan Workers Party’s (PKK) positions inside the town of Sidakan in the ‘Irbil Governorate of Iraq-Kurdistan.

This is the 2nd time this year that the Turkish Air Force has deliberately violated Iraqi airspace to strike the PKK’s positions inside the country.
